All these precious men, women, and children – living in desperate and difficult situations – received a whole lot of encouragement in the form of foodstuffs, Gospel material, smiles, hugs, and united prayer! On the tables there were potatoes, carrots, onions, oranges, pears, flour, cereal, oats, tea, sauces, jam, salt/pepper, tissue paper, chocolates, cookies, rusks, rice, bacon, chicken, soup, and a beautiful colour Gospel poster! (we are SO grateful for those who directly donated the vast majority of these items, as well as those that sponsored toward the project.) And one by one, young and older came and filled their bags with these wonderful provisions from Heaven!
