In collaboration with Annie -a local schoolteacher- we organized an event for disadvantaged families. We set out tables full of clothes, shoes, blankets, and other items. Then we had a short talk with those gathered; explaining that Jesus’ Love compelled us to help them and show them love in a material as well as spiritual way. (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

In a organized line, those present were able to take their time and browse each table for the items they needed. Everyone was so excited to receive these blessings, and eagerly tried on the shoes and clothes!

Mothers got much-needed baby slings, families received blankets, and everyone was given love!
