For the past several years, David (one of our full-time mission team) has been uplifting children through coaching sports! He prays with the children before their training and sports matches, and by God’s Grace is able to be a mentor and fun positive influence in the lives of these kids.

Recently the club held their end of season event, and David felt led to make it extra special for the children of his team. After praying and brainstorming, he reached out to different individuals, and miraculously, step by step the plan began to happen – and, better than planned! One company donated gift vouchers for play sessions, another friend helped with the cost of medals, still another with printing labels for the medals! David committed time into the evenings to write 12 different personalized feedback messages, which were then printed on certificates! We also added a “Man of Love” Gospel poster for each child.

When the day came, oh what a beautiful scene it was! The children and parents were absolutely thrilled, and the effort David put in was well worth it! A super big thanks also to those that jumped in to make this extra special touch of Jesus’s Love a reality!
