The children of our weekly Sunday School had been faithfully committing Bible verses to memory. Today was the day they would be tested. All the children lined up excitedly as teacher Amy put them to the test.

She wrote one word on the white-board and each student would share as many Scriptures as possible with that word in it. Competition was fierce and all the children prided themselves in knowing God’s Word by heart. We were impressed when the winners were able to recite 24, 19, and 17 verses, respectively.

There were prizes for the top three winners, (as well as a consolation snack for all other attendees)

What a fun way to spend the Sunday morning and well done to all the faithful ‘studiers of God’s Word”!
