How pleased we felt to be able to bless the men going through this rehab with brand new lovely shoes – as well as many other needed items! The immediate shock and joy on their faces when they saw the boxes of shoes (ready in each of their sizes) was awesome to see! Praise you Lord!

For over 30 years, this very special home in Khayelitsha cares for orphans, abandoned children, and children from troubled homes – giving them medical care, love, dignity, education, and a chance at a better life. Our mission has partnered with them for many of those years, and this visit we were able to pass on blessings of nappies, fresh food, meat, formula, and cleaning supplies!
Going from clinic to clinic – greeting and gifting moms and their babies in the Name of Jesus – made for some truly wonderful and blessed times! In each pack there was clothes, nappies, toiletries, tissue paper, multivitamins, Gospel material, and more!
Late at night, one of us received a call from a single father that they’d met during an outreach earlier this year and had a long talk and prayer with. They had left our details as usual, but never had contact again – till now! The gentleman asked if we were near his Eastern Cape town, as – happily! – he was getting married, and wanted to ask for a blessing over his wife and his union.

We delivered brand new shoes for dear faithful Pastor Nanda and his wife (who together founded a large soup kitchen which we have partnered with for over 25yrs) as well as for some of the long term members and their children! (update) Pastor Nanda shared with us that he has been wearing the shoes nearly all day every day, and they make such a difference in comfort and ability. Praise the Lord!
It was truly a special honour to be asked to open in prayer for the opening of this new youth centre – the FIRST “2.5” centre in South Africa! We have been involved with the founders for many years through various initiatives, and this chance to be part of another phase of progress was wonderful!
All these precious men, women, and children – living in desperate and difficult situations – received a whole lot of encouragement in the form of foodstuffs, Gospel material, smiles, hugs, and united prayer!
